Return Policy

1. Returns and Defective Goods Policy- No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us at +6010-2121529, we will obtain some information regarding to the defective item, you may keep the defective item in a zipper bag in case we need further analysis for the defective item.

We will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp, within a 14 working days period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

All the refunds of the products are only eligible within 3 days of payment and the amount to be refunded is subject to the approval

3.General Shipping & Delivery Terms

*All parcels are delivered by courier service OR either self-collect from HQ with approval

*If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.

*All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.

*If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.

*We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

*In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for redelivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. After 7 days, re-delivery is applicable depending on stock availability or refund will be issued should stock went out.
